This will reduce the errors or temptations, and make sure that you are the one who is in control of your food and environment not the other way around.

Your food and exercise plan is exclusively tailored to you and your needs, it is now up to you to execute them to reach to the best results possible, and more importantly, your goals. 


Word of advice first thing in the morning is the best time to exercise to start your day feeling productive and fresh. Do the hard things first, not only will it make your life easier but also means you don’t need to worry about it because the work is done.
