The most under estimated factor in the fitness industry today is Goal Setting, if you don’t know your “why”, as soon as the journey gets hard, people quit and never reach their full potential.
I want you to ask yourself the following questions:
Why am I following this program?
Who is this about?
What is the goal?
Where do I start?
When am I going to reach it?
Why is this important to me?
How am I going to reach it?
I am assuming that you already know all the answers by this stage, if not make sure you answer them now and video yourself doing it! Write them down somewhere you will see them all the time.
Then I want you to look at the video twice a week for the length of this program to remind yourself why you are doing this, and why is it important for you to do it by yourself, and repeat this to yourself.
